My Summer Travel Plan

The summer vacation is coming, and I have an exciting travel plan. I'm going to visit the beautiful city of Beijing, China. Beijing is a city with a rich historical and cultural heritage, and I can't wait to explore its many wonders.

My journey will begin on the first day of the vacation when I will board a plane from my hometown to Beijing. Upon arrival, I plan to check into my hotel, which is located near the famous Forbidden City. The Forbidden City is a palace complex that was the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It's amazing to think about all the history that has taken place there.

One of the first places I want to visit in Beijing is the Great Wall of China. I've read so much about it in my history books, and it looks super amazing. I can't wait to walk along the wall and take lots of photos.

Another place I'm excited to visit is the Summer Palace. It's a grand royal park with beautiful gardens, lakes, and palaces. I want to see the Long Corridor, which is famous for its beautiful paintings and architecture.

I'm also planning to visit the Temple of Heaven, which is another historic site where emperors would pray for good harvests.

Of course, no trip to Beijing would be complete without trying some traditional Chinese food. I'm looking forward to trying Peking duck and other delicious dishes.

I'm going to buy some souvenirs to remember my trip by. There are many shops near the Forbidden City where I can find traditional Chinese crafts.

I'm sure this trip will be unforgettable, and I can't wait to share my experiences with my friends and family when I get back.
